What we collect

• Booking and contact details you choose to share — your name, phone number or email, requested services, preferred dates and any notes you include in our booking form, contact form or website chat.
• Messages sent to us on WhatsApp or by phone — handled inside those services under their own privacy policies.

We do not collect payment information online — all payments happen at the salon.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use this website and to measure the performance of our advertising. These services set cookies and use similar technologies to recognise your browser, which pages you visit, and whether you complete an action such as opening a booking on WhatsApp or sending a message. We use this only in aggregate, to see what is working — never to identify you personally.

Where it goes

Form and chat submissions are delivered to our inbox byWeb3Forms, a form-delivery service that transmits your message and does not store it after delivery. Our website is hosted on Hostinger. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when you interact with it. WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking messages are kept only as long as they are useful for serving you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
